Special Cancellation Terms for Passengers with Addresses in Israel

  1. A passenger who has made a reservation through Wizz's website or application may cancel their reservation within fourteen (14) days from the date of the transaction, and not less than seven (7) days, excluding rest days, prior to the departure time of the earliest flight under the relevant reservation.
  2. A passenger who is a "Person with Disability"; over the age of 65; or someone who has not yet past five years since receiving an immigrant certificate or eligibility certificate as an immigrant from the Ministry of Immigration, is entitled to cancel a reservation as detailed above within four (4) months from the date of the transaction and not less than seven (7) days, excluding rest days, prior to the departure time of the earliest flight under the relevant reservation. The provisions in this section are conditional upon the transaction including a conversation between the passenger and Wizz, including a conversation via electronic communication.
  3. When a reservation is canceled in accordance with the conditions detailed above, Wizz shall be entitled to charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of each ticket or 100 NIS per ticket - whichever is lower.
