Boarding process

To ensure a smooth boarding experience, please follow these steps:

1. Arrival at the Boarding Gate

After completing the check-in and security procedures, it's essential to arrive at the boarding gate no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

2. Gate Information

Keep an eye on the airport information screens, as they will display the gate you need to proceed to. If you've used airport check-in services, the ground staff can also assist you with gate information.

3. Required Documents

At the boarding gate, you must present the following:

  • Your boarding card (the ticket that grants you access to the plane).
  • The same travel documents you used during check-in and security control.

Ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including your passport and visa. If you're uncertain about the specific entry requirements for your destination, please verify this information with the relevant foreign office in your country before your trip. We cannot assume responsibility if you are denied boarding due to a lack of essential travel documents.

If you're traveling with an infant, it's important to print and present the infant's boarding card at the gate.
