Refund processing time and status

We always aim to process customers’ refund requests in a timely manner. However, in the times of disruptions it might take longer. The processing time depends on the chosen refund method and reason for refund initiation.

  • WIZZ credit refunds (in case of cancellations or delays) will be at your disposal within 48 hours.
  • If you submitted a refund via a claim form, your request will be processed within 30 days and the refund issuance will be confirmed via email. Due to increased number of claims, the credit card or bank transfer refund might take up to 30 days to arrive.
  • If you've booked with a third-party, please contact them as they might have received your money. Our agents will not be able to assist you if you booked through an Online Travel agency.
