Depending on the nature of your WIIZZ Credits, you may or may not request their conversion to cash and be transferred via the original payment method.

1. Credits obtained due to flight cancellation or disruption
   

   In case if you would not like to keep 120% WIZZ Credits that you have received for a flight change or a cancellation by Wizz Air, you have the possibility to request 100% refund either via bank transfer or to the bank card the original payment was made with. In this case, please note that the extra +20% will not be applicable.

   If your reservation was fully paid with WIZZ Credits or voucher, or if you have previously spent any amount of your credit refund, you are not eligible for credit conversion.

   Please submit a credit conversion request only if the credits were uploaded due to flight changes or cancellations by Wizz Air.

2. Credits obtained due to voluntary cancellation or with WIZZ Flex
   
   If you have voluntarily cancelled the flight and chose to be paid in WIZZ Credits, the credit to cash conversion is not possible.
   
   
3. Credits obtained due to promotion, running event or other activities
   
   If the credits have been added to your account as a part of promo campaign, the credit to cash conversion is not possible.
