- With WIZZ Flex, you can change your booking for all passengers or individual travellers online up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. No flight change fee will be charged in this case.
- The change will be considered completed once the payment (if applicable) is received. Please note that only credit card payment is accepted.
- If the original reservation was fully or partially paid by WIZZ voucher, the modifications are possible only for all passengers and all flights at the same time.
You can check the exact amount applicable for your booking modification in your WIZZ Account. Please follow the instructions here. The flight change fee will be displayed in the end. No worries, the flight will not be changed unless you accept the fees and confirm the changes.
In all the other cases, the below fees might be applicable when modifying the booking.
1. FARE DIFFERENCE
Fare difference is the difference between the ticket price of the original and the newly selected flight (including all fare types, such as Basic, WIZZ Go and WIZZ Plus).
- If the ticket price of the new flight is higher than that of the original, the ticket price difference must be paid.
- If the new ticket price is lower than the original, passengers do not have to pay additional fees, however, the ticket price difference will not be refunded.
- If the original and the new flights' prices are the same, the passenger does not have to pay any fare difference.
2. FLIGHT CHANGE FEE
The flight change fee is dependent on days left until the departure and is charged per passenger per flight in addition to the fare difference.
Please refer to the Services and Fees page for detailed information. The exact amount will be displayed in your WIZZ Account.
If you have purchased WIZZ Flex during the booking creation, no flight change fee will be charged.
3.RECOVERY OF WIZZ DISCOUNT CLUB BENEFITS
If a booking was created using the WIZZ Discount Club benefits and one of the passengers, who is not WIZZ Discount Club membership holder, would like to change the flight and no longer travel with the WIZZ Discount Club member, then the ticket difference will be withheld. The payable amount is calculated as the difference between the regular and WIZZ Discount Club ticket price and the regular and WIZZ Discount Club baggage fee.
